The Satanic Community is relatively small in comparison to most other Occult Communities, it is suspected that fewer than one hundred thousand in the United States actually practice Satanism, and even fewer numbers practice Theisitic Satanism.

Worldwide the concept of Satan as a deity is small and it is the goal of the Temples of Satan to increase awareness of Satan and his goals and practices.
